About Us

Alison Kelly is the founder and designer of Delano Designs in Eugene, Oregon. She has always loved design. As a very young child she would spend hours creating rooms for paper dolls with furniture cut out of catalogs.

Alison also loves working with people and she obtained a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. She worked as a psychologist for many years until health issues related to chemical exposure interfered with her ability to work.

Alison understands firsthand how exposure to chemicals can negatively affect our health. Green, healthy interiors became a necessity for her and she has amassed a great deal of information about green products. Alison has also studied interior design with Rhodec International. With Delano Designs, Alison has brought together all of her knowledge and interests, her love of people, design and eco-friendly products in a unique and supportive way.
